The Skinny: March 3, 2019
Headlines & Sunday Announcements
March 29-31 / Valle Crucis Conference Center
Next month the Women of Warehouse will be heading back to the beautiful foothills of NC to leave the hustle of city life behind and enjoy time together. Registration is open! We also have scholarship opportunities available. If you’d like to talk with someone about that, email Melissa King.
Wednesday, March 6, 2019, 7pm / The Arena
Mark your calendars to be here for this beautiful service of confession and redemption. There will be childcare for infants – preschool. Elementary and up are welcome to join us in the arena.
An email went out recently celebrating the past several months of community at Warehouse and detailing our current financial position. If you didn’t receive it, you can read it HERE. If you’d like to be on our email list, please contact Kelly Brunk.
Also, on March 10 immediately following the worship service we will be holding a community-wide meeting where we’ll unpack more about our current position and what the future holds. We will offer childcare for infants-preschool, and we’ll wrap up in time for you to head out and enjoy lunch afterwards. We ask that anyone who calls Warehouse home be in attendance at this meeting.
Five Sundays during Lent, starting March 10, 8:30am / The Blue Room
Join us for this five-week cohort that’s for anyone longing to grow in relationship with Christ and deepen awareness of God’s movement in their life and in the world. We will use a variety of creative and spiritual formation activities and practices to engage with scripture. Led by Roxanne Morgan and others in our community.
We will meet in the Blue Room at 8:30am on March 10, 17, 24, April 7, 14. Note that we will not meet on March 31 while the women are away at the Women’s Retreat.
Childcare will be available, so please indicate on your registration if you will need it.
March 17 – April 21
The winter months present a long stretch for the staff and faculty, and we want to let them know that we love and support them. Choose a week (or TWO!) to bring treats and a note of encouragement for one or more of these good folks. You can bring them to Warehouse and a member of the AP team will be in the back of the arena after each service to collect and deliver them to the school.
Stuff You Should Know
At the end of every month we send out an email letting you know what we’ve got coming up. If you’d like to be on that list, email Kelly Brunk.
